This location of EZ Money is the best place to go for a Payday Loan. All the employees are EXTREMELY PLEASANT! Most Payday Loan establishments have horrible employees who have very negative attitudes that make me not go back. I don't like to take out payday loans out when I don't have to. When I do, this is definitely the place to go. I would suggest it to anyone. The manager in particular is the sweetest and nicest woman I have dealt with. She has patience and will not try and hurry up to get you out of there. She will spend all the time you need to get your check cashed. I give this location a definite A++++

I, Carol R., absolutely love coming to the West Des Moines location of EZ Money! Jennifer & Janelle are very professional and friendly. They are willing to work with you if there are issues. Such as if I can't come in to pay on the due date, they will hold my check an extra day for me to come pay it. Jennifer used to be at the Douglas Ave. location & when she moved to W. Des Moines, I changed to that location. Jennifer has always been very courteous to me. Janelle has also been courteous and friendly as well! I have even taken time out of my day to get both of them lunch as they were the only ones there, the others were off. Not a big deal to help out such nice people! When someone tells me they need to do a payday advance, I will always tell them to come to the W. Des Moines location!
